These pointy, 10″ long red peppers were stand-outs in our 2016 pepper trials. The smooth, sweet, thick-walled fruits are perfect for roasting or frying. This prolific pepper bore yields competitive with some of the best hybrids of its type, earning it a staple slot in our CSA. This strain was introduced to us via Hudson Valley Seed Company, who deserves credit for its refinement and popularity.
