Heirloom! French Flounce provides a stunning, diverse mix of old-fashioned blossom types and colors including salmon, pink, scarlet, violet, deep red and white. Some blooms resemble ruffled 4″ peonies while others are smooth and delicate. After the petals die back, the dried, pale green seed pods add interest and texture to bouquets. Also known as Carnation Poppy or Peony Poppy.
