Regular Shares are well suited to individuals or couples who enjoy cooking vegetables for most meals or families who prepare veggies about four times a week. If you want to push yourself to eat a healthier, more plant-based diet, go for a Regular Share. The two of us often use up a full CSA in just 2 or 3 meals, especially if we’re hosting dinner guests.
