Orders placed before Jan 1st will begin shipping after the new year in the order they were received. After Jan 1, most orders ship out within 5-7 business days. We will email you if any of your seeds are back ordered or otherwise delayed.

Return and Liability
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Deep Harvest Seeds purchase! If, for some reason, your seeds fail to germinate, please let us know. We would be happy to refund or reship one seed packet per growing year. In keeping with the seed trade custom, and because of the many factors that influence seed germination and performance, our liability is absolutely limited to the value of the original purchase.
