Description

Lacy Lavender Blue Didiscus dazzles with dainty, blue-lilac flowers that bloom on and on, pulling at the heart strings of honey bees and humans alike. 2″ elegant flowers shimmer atop 24-36” sturdy stems and have a gentle fresh fragrance- making them a wise addition to any cut flower garden. Simultaneously a filler and thriller.

Life cycle for seed saving: Annual

Planting Instructions:
Direct seed Lacy Lavender Blue Didiscus after last frost, or sow indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.  (We recommend direct seeding as these plants especially dislike root disturbance.) Planting depth: 1/16”. Optimal soil temp. for germination: 70-72°F. Thin plants to 6-12.” Harvest when ½ the flowers on the umbel are open.
