This neon green oak leaf looks like a wild head of wavy hair. Back when we grew lettuce for the grocery stores, this one flew off the shelves. The sweet, delicate flavor is reminiscent of green butter heads, but looks so much more fun. French in origin.

Full heads – start indoors and transplant at 12”,
