Description
Vigorous plants with impressively upright, blue-green foliage won White Spear its first place status in our 2019 scallion trials. Easier to clean than other scallions since the leaves don’t droop in the dirt. Introduced to us by our friends at Adaptive Seeds who have been successfully selecting this variety for overwintering in the PNW.
