Unique bubble-gum colored stalks with great flavor and strong crunch. This thin-stemmed cutting celery won our hearts for its unmatched beauty and it’s relative lack of bitterness compared to other red celery varieties. Chinese Pink Celery is sure to capture the eyes and imagination of market customers and kids. Faster growing than most green varieties. Thanks to Baker Creek Seeds for introducing this variety from China to US markets.
