Thrilling spills of blush colored blooms on 3-5’ plants add elegant texture to bridal and market bouquets. If that’s not enough they also boast delicious, protein-rich seed! Both Coral Fountains and Lovelies Bleeding are commonly known as tassle flower. The pendulous inflorescenes are one of our favorite ingredients to dress up arrangements for special occasions.

Direct seed in late spring or early summer.
Optimal soil temp. for germination is 65-85°.
Planting depth: 1/8″. Thin plants to 6-18″, depending
on desired size. Harvest in dry weather when grain
readily fall off when brushed.

We grow the majority of our varieties here at Deep Harvest Farm on Whidbey Island while we purchase the rest from other small, organic Northwest seed growers.
