Ground Cherry – Otto’s Brush Creek

$4.25

Packet = ~400 seeds

Description

Super prolific, yellow, pineapple-flavored orbs of wonderment that look like baby tomatillos. We subjected our two ground cherry-hating employees to a ground cherry taste test and this was the one they agreed was palatable- extremely high praise coming from them!  The ground cherry lovers, meanwhile, deemed them truly exquisite!  Out of the five varieties in our trial, Otto’s won in both the productivity and flavor categories and thus earned its spot in our catalog and summer snacking regime. This strain was discovered in the backyard of our friends, Andrew and Sarah of Adaptive Seeds down in Sweet Home, Oregon.
