Description
Heirloom! D’Avignon Radish is an early season, French Breakfast-type radish. It is mild, slender, and white with red tips. Great sliced thin on a sandwich with butter, salt and pepper or as a gorgeous salad topping. Harvest young, at 3-4″, to avoid pithiness. When in doubt, take your culinary cues from the French, known for their exquisite cuisine. D’Avignon is named after a commune in southeastern France.
