Beet – Touchstone Gold

For years we’ve been nearly foaming at the mouth to add this beloved variety to our catalog. Touchstone gold adds brightness and beauty to any salad, soup or roasted root dish. Their mild, sweetly delicate flavor is preferable to many who deem traditional red beets as too earthy or bitter. An improvement on the older golden beet strains, boasting better germination, root uniformity and color as well as stronger leaf attachment.
