Giant Winter is not quite as cold-hardy as Winter Bloomsdale, but faster growing and more vigorous. An old European variety also known as “Gigante d’Inverno.”

Optimal soil temp for germ is 50-60°.
Best for spring of fall. Planting Depth: 1/4”.
Seeding rate: every 1-2”. Row spacing: 12-18”
for bunching, 5” for baby leaf.
