Green Wave Mustard is our most uniform, bolt-resistant mustard that is vigorous all season long. Stunning, upright, neon-green leaves are frilled and wavy, with a moderate spice. The perfect gateway variety for mustard neophytes.

Planting Instructions:
Direct seed Green Wave Mustard as soon as soil can be worked or start indoors 2 weeks before transplant. Seeding depth: ¼”. Full-sized plants: transplant 8-12” apart with 12-24” between rows. Baby leaf: direct seed 4 seeds/inch with 5” between rows.
All of our seed is Non-GMO and Certified Organic by Washington State Department of Agriculture. We grow the majority of our varieties here at Deep Harvest Farm on Whidbey Island while we purchase the rest from other small, organic Northwest seed growers. Finally, all of our offerings are open-pollinated (OP) so that you too can save and share seed from these plants!
