Description
One Kolrabi to rule them all! Massive orbs of juicy, sweet brassica flesh create their own gravity. Watch as the hordes of awe-struck market customers start to circle your veggie stand in disbelief. Superschmelz produces truly giant bulbs, up to 10″ in diameter, with very few off-types compared to other giant kohlrabi. This cool-season workhorse has become an essential addition to our fall CSA. We love slicing it into 1/2″ slabs and roasting it with salt and parmesan.
