The original Marketmore cucumber was developed at Cornell University in 1968 by Dr. Henry Munger and hailed as a breeding breakthrough for cucumbers. For 30 years, Dr. Munger perfected Marketmore along with many other incredible vegetable varieties. In 1976, he released this vigorous strain of Marketmore which remains a favorite of gardeners and farmers alike!

Direct seed or transplant outdoors after last frost
or start indoors 3 weeks before transplant.
Optimal soil temperature for germination is 75-85°.
